The unit has a washer and dryer.
Walk out your back door and you are steps away from the pool and Tennis court. The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving, week of Christmas, and February-March. Just a short walk and you are on the white sand beaches enjoying those beautiful emerald gulf waters! This unit is on beach side of 98. No streets to cross to the beach!
Complex amenities include a beautiful 5 acre freshwater fishing lake, 2 pools and 2 kiddie pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, beach volley ball, and BBQ pits. There are world class restaurants and great shopping within walking distance the the complex

We have 2 families that visit Destin yearly. We have stayed in this condo one other time (typically stay in the one next door) The location is great. It is on the South side of the lake/pond area. Condo is first one after going through the gate arm. It is directly across from the pool and a short walk to the beach. Has outside patio area with charcoal grill and table/chairs and umbrella, however umbrella was broken. Stocked kitchen, could use some more containers to put left overs in, but we made it work. The pillows in the 2 bigger rooms are not the most comfortable. The mattress (queen) in the 2nd bedroom is NOT comfortable. It was like lying on concrete, in which we debated on buying a mattress topper and leaving it for the next visitors, but we tuffed it out. Overall, I would stay here again.
