Seawinds 6 Sits on the Beach!

You can not beat the view and the location. We have been coming here for a girls trip for several years and this is the first time we were really disappointed in our stay. The bedding & towels were clean, but the extra pillows in the closet downstairs looked like it had been there for longer than I care to guess. It looked dingy and dirty. I am not sure anyone cleans the closets and puts them right at the end of travelers' stay. (We did see 2 bugs crawling, but that can happen anywhere). The couch was just gross looking and missing a piece from the previous times we have stayed. We had to put down some of the extra bedding that was clean, so we could sit on it without feeling grossed out. One of the things we loved to do was sit out on the deck with our coffee and donuts in the morning. There was no table and the seating was minimal. The bottom floor going to the beach had old broken rusted chairs and it had not been cleaned out in quite some time. Unless upgrades are made, our next trip will be somewhere else. At some point you need to spend some money to keep people coming and this has not been a priority at all.

Great location!
Hollie with the management company was very responsive!
Great views from upper deck.
Had to buy air freshener because the mildew smell.
Handrails for the stairs inside were filthy.
Outside decks need to be rebuilt.
Borrowed a hammer from a construction crew to drive the nails that were sticking up on the outside deck in so we wouldn't slice our feet.
