Located on the Gulf side of Sandestin Beach Resort, this 2 bedroom/2.5 bath villas in Beachwalk Villas has gorgeous lake views and is waking distance to the beautiful sugar sand beaches of the emerald coast. You will enter through a private gated patio with seating for 4 and ample space to store your beach gear. This charming villa is two stories with the kitchen, dining, living space and half bath downstairs. The kitchen has all the utensils need to cook a full meal for nights when you want to stay in. There is a breakfast bar with seating for two which opens up into the dining area. The dining table has seating for up to 6. Beyond the dining area you will find the living room with sleeper sofa, oversized occassional chair, large flat screen, and sliding glass doors which provide calming views of the lake. The sliding glass doors lead out onto the patio with a table a chairs for enjoying morning coffee or just relaxing after a long day at the beach. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, en suite bathroom with tub shower combo. This bedroom has huge window with incredible lake views. The second bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The condo has a washer and dryer inside the unit.

We arrived at 4:00pm to the the resort and waited 30 minutes just to enter the gate. Upon entering our designated parking spot was taken. We had to take someone else's spot. The home was clean but there was no water. We called the management company and spoke to Holly. She said she would call us back and never did. I had to call her back 3x. She said there were other units available if the water issue was not resolved. Then the 2nd time she said there were none. I asked her what were they goin to do for us since we really needed to shower in order to make it to our dinner reservations. She said all she could offer us was a refund because she didn't know what to do and that we can just leave or wait. She was very rude as I expressed my frustration to her. Everything in Destin , Miramar & Santa Rosa was fully booked so we had nowhere to go. I asked her at what time her office closed and she said 5pm but was already in her car on her way home. She said she was after hours and that our conversation was pointless. I asked her to have her manager call me. Jeff the manager finally called, he was diligent trying to get the utility company to get the problem fixed 3 hours later. Unfortunately though when we got back to the home there wasn't hot water the first day. The next day only 2 of us could shower with hot water because after 15 mins it ran out again. The next day we woke up to a huge puddle in the kitchen floor. We contacted Jeff, but no response. On Saturday he issued us a $100 credit for the inconvenience of not having water upon arrival. This was the worse rental unit we have ever stayed in. Completely unacceptable. I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free. For it to be a resort with so many homes and hotels, running water, hot water should not be an issue. The rudeness of Holly, after hours worker who was clueless as to how to help us was very unprofessional. The dryer didn't work. It took hours to leave the towels damp.
